Felipe MacLean is a self-made entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in high-yield transactions across various industries worldwide. He began his career in agriculture, building vertically integrated businesses, and later launched the financial and development arm of the Group, transforming it into a successful investment and development company. Yntegra Group is leading Exuma’s hospitality complex evolution. Felipe's ability to identify emerging trends has made him a trusted and influential figure in Exuma's hospitality development. With a dynamic portfolio of private islands, strong financial backing, a skilled management team, and over 365 acres of development, Felipe is poised to meet the global ultra-luxury market's demands. He combines his expertise in Exumas' landscape with visionary design and precise execution, ensuring the selection of the best ultra-luxury operators.
In addition to his leadership at Yntegra Group, Felipe is the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Clover Leaf Capital Corp (CLOE), a Nasdaq listed company.

JAVIER GUERRA

Chief Development Officer

Javier has over 25 years of investment experience, he leads the strategic planning, investment and execution of the company's real estate development projects. He has managed complex projects as a principal, overseeing their complete investment cycle, both in the US and internationally. His investment experience expands across multiple industries (real estate, hospitality, aircraft leasing, mining, and oil & gas services) this was gained in his former role as portfolio manager of an asset management firm, where he was personally responsible of over $1 billion of discretionary capital. He was the Founder of Bulltick Capital Markets, a trailblazer in electronic trading. Under his leadership, the firm flourished, growing to more than 200 traders with offices in the US, Europe, and Latin America. He successfully expanded the firm’s services, transforming it from a top ten NYSE-ranked ADR trading volume company to a full-service investment bank with divisions in capital markets, asset management, and sales & trading.

Nicolas is an experienced entrepreneur with over 16 years of expertise in business operations with a talent for tackling organization-wide challenges and delivering effective solutions. He has been critical to the success of several ventures, including his most recent one, where he served as CEO of a large-scale cultivation and manufacturing facility and played an instrumental role in the turnaround story of the company. Nicolas' focus on building strong and team-oriented cultures and running data-driven operations has enabled him to succeed across various industries, including regulated financial institutional markets.

Glennys Escalante possesses a wealth of experience in banking and the financial sector spanning over 20 years. In her current role, she oversees financial reporting, cash management, legal and corporate matters, and serves as the primary liaison with various investment portfolio managers, internal auditors, and external auditors for a group of more than 15 companies. Glennys has a proven track record in fiscal management, with expertise in funding, cash forecasting, internal control systems, compliance, and SEC and public reporting.

As a key figure in her family business, One Sotheby's International Realty, she played a pivotal role in expanding its global footprint to 30 offices. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for holistic living also led her to establish Dote Wellness, a brand focused on sustainable and organic wellness products. At Yntegra Group, Alina combines her expertise in branding, marketing, and holistic design to elevate the company’s innovative ventures, including transformative projects in the Exumas, Bahamas. Her creative vision is informed by her broad interest in wellness, fashion, beauty, and home décor, ensuring each project resonates with authenticity and sophistication.
